Letter to the Mining Community From MSHA Assistant Joseph A. Main - Rules to Live By III

Attached is a letter to the mining community from Joseph A. Main, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health discussing MSHA’s latest fatality prevention initiative, “Rules to Live By III: Preventing Common Mining Fatalities.”


  1. Every hazard can be prevented. Having the right equipments like this plus having the right msha training is one of the best formulas in making sure of the health and safety in the workplace.
